Welcome to Unique Escapes! Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making your reservation:

1. Safety and Guest Conduct:

• Campfire Safety: Campfires must never be left unattended. Guests are responsible for ensuring fires are completely extinguished before leaving the site or retiring for the night.

• Food and Trash: For the safety of all guests and local wildlife, food and trash must never be left outside. Guests are required to dispose of garbage in designated bins.

• Tent Pitching: To maintain the integrity of our facilities and surroundings, tent pitching outside designated areas is strictly prohibited.

• Noise and Music: Guests are expected to be respectful of all other Unique Escape visitors. Please keep noise and music levels low, particularly during nighttime hours.

• Wooded Areas: Entry into wooded areas is discouraged unless guests possess significant experience in natural forest safety and navigation.

2. Wildlife and Ecosystem:

• Our woods are a natural ecosystem where various animals, including deer and bears, reside. Guests should exercise caution and refrain from disturbing the wildlife.

3. Smoking Policy:

• All units at Unique Escapes are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a $150 fine.

4. Guest Responsibility:

• Guests are responsible for all items within the geodome unit during their stay. Any damage to or loss of items will result in incidental charges, up to the cost of replacing the affected item(s).

5. Booking and Cancellation Policies:

• Booking Confirmation: Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of payment. Details of your booking are outlined in your booking confirmation.

• Cancellation and Modifications: Booking payments are fully refundable up to 30 days prior to the reservation. Unique Escapes would be happy to refund 50% of your total booking amount 8-29 days prior to your reservation, but we will not be able to refund your payment if you cancel your booking on or less than 7 days prior to your stay. If you would like to cancel your upcoming reservation, email us at bookings@uniqueescapesny.com. Please note processing fees are non-refundable.

6. Liability Disclaimer:

• Personal Belongings: Unique Escapes is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings of guests.

• Use of Facilities: Guests acknowledge that the use of our facilities and amenities is at their own risk.

7. Compliance:

• By booking with Unique Escapes, guests agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined herein and any additional rules or regulations provided by the property.
